We don't work with flat rates — you pay a transparent hourly rate per person (excl. VAT). Standard cleaning starts from CHF 43.90/h, premium cleaning from CHF 49.90/h. Before we start, you receive a written estimate of the hours involved, so the cost is easy to plan for.

The standard rate covers services such as routine maintenance, office or practice cleaning and starts from CHF 43.90/h. The premium rate applies to more demanding jobs — move-out, window, deep, construction, Airbnb, clearance, sofa or boat cleaning — and starts from CHF 49.90/h. Both prices are excl. VAT and per person.

Yes. Everyone at Wie Neu - Reinigungsfirma is directly employed and fully insured. We are not a booking platform, and we work strictly without undeclared labour.

Yes, you always get the same two-person team for your job. That means consistent quality and a team that already knows your home or office.

Yes. We're flexible and happy to schedule appointments outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends.

We're reachable Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. Saturday and Sunday appointments are possible by arrangement.

Yes. If the property management raises any issue, we come back and re-clean free of charge until the apartment is accepted.

Yes. Conservatory cleaning covers the glass surfaces, frames and profiles — inside and, where accessible, outside as well.

Kitchen, bathroom, floors, doors and frames, switches and radiators — windows on request. We agree any special requests with you in writing beforehand.

Yes. We follow the usual SIA guidelines and hand the property over move-in ready. We document our work clearly, including with reference to the BKP 287 cost category.

Many hosts pass our cost on as an Airbnb cleaning fee. You pay us the transparent hourly rate; how you pass that on to your guests is entirely up to you.

Thanks to our extraction method, the upholstery is usually usable again within a few hours. Good ventilation speeds up the process.

Yes. On request, we clean the cleared property straight away so it's ready for handover — clearance and move-out cleaning from a single provider.

No. Our service is limited to the interior, deck and upper deck above the waterline. We do not carry out hull cleaning, antifouling or slipping.

Routine maintenance cleaning is recurring cleaning that keeps a space consistently clean over time, as opposed to a one-off deep clean or move-out clean.

Yes. We come in the morning, evening or on weekends so your business is never disrupted.

Yes. We align our products, contact times and procedures with the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health's hygiene recommendations and your own internal requirements.

No. We focus on cleaning and grounds upkeep, without a technical maintenance service. For anything else, we're happy to help you find a solution.

Yes. You can book by the hour, either as a one-off or on a regular basis — whatever suits you.

We clean throughout Kanton Zug, including Zug, Baar, Cham, Steinhausen, Rotkreuz, Hünenberg, Unterägeri, Oberägeri, Menzingen, Neuheim and Walchwil.

We're based at Zugerstrasse 77, 6340 Baar, in Kanton Zug — from there, our teams reach anywhere in the canton quickly.
