What data we process

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website and provide our services:

• Contact and job details you provide (name, address, phone, email, details of the cleaning you want) – via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Booking data when you request an appointment through our online booking system (ZenMaid).
• Technical server log data (IP address, date/time, pages viewed, browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & analytics”).

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and hour estimates, carry out and invoice jobs, and keep the website secure. The legal bases are contract performance, your consent, and our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.

Sharing with third parties / processors

To deliver our services we use carefully selected providers that process data on our behalf:

• Website hosting/infrastructure (servers in Europe).
• ZenMaid (online appointment booking).
• Google (Google Maps for location display; Google reviews / Business Profile).
• ProvenExpert (display of our review seal).
• Meta/WhatsApp, if you contact us via WhatsApp.

Cookies & analytics

This website uses technically necessary elements and embedded third-party content (Google Maps, ProvenExpert, YouTube/Facebook videos) which may set cookies when loaded.

Google Analytics 4: With your consent given via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyse how the website is used (e.g. pages visited, where visitors come from). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2 – default: denied). Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses.

Google Ads / remarketing: With your consent, we use Google Ads features to show relevant ads to previous visitors of our website (remarketing). These features also remain disabled without consent.

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It lets us measure how our website is used and later show relevant ads to visitors on Facebook and Instagram (remarketing). Data is transmitted to Meta and may be processed in the USA. Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this website's cookies in your browser – the banner will appear again on your next visit. Cookies can also be blocked or deleted in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for business records). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You may also object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@wneu.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Data security & changes

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This policy may be updated; the version published on this page applies.
