What is included
Kitchen fully degreased including oven, hood, hob and cupboards inside and out; bathrooms descaled (taps, tiles, shower glass, drains); all windows inside and outside including frames and shutters/blinds; floors, skirting boards, doors, sockets; built-in wardrobes inside and out; balcony or terrace swept and wiped. Washing machine, dryer, cellar and garage on request.
The handover guarantee, in plain words
The guarantee is confirmed in writing together with your hours estimate. It means: the apartment passes the handover, or we re-clean immediately at no cost — including a second visit if the handover happens on another day. You do not pay anything extra, ever, for corrections.

Frequently asked questions
Is the re-cleaning really free? — Yes. Corrections during or after the handover are covered by the guarantee at no extra cost.
How far in advance should I book? — Two to three weeks; end-of-month dates in Zug fill up first. Short-notice cleanings are possible when a team is free.
Do I have to be present? — No. Many clients hand us the keys; we coordinate directly with your property manager if you wish.
Are windows and shutters included? — Yes, inside and outside, including frames and blinds — the two things property managers check first.
What if the handover is days after the cleaning? — The guarantee still applies; we return for the handover appointment.
